"I employed STJones Gas Services because Shacquille suggested that instead of replacing my heat exchanger he could flush it clean, thus avoiding throwing away a usable component (and saving me money). He turned up as appointed, keeping me appraised of arrival time via text etc. Whilst working he explained and demonstrated what he was doing, the state of the water flushed from the system and its implications for system health. On completion he confirmed I was quite happy with the water temperature. All this took about 3 hours compared to the estimate of 2 but Shacquille kept to the (very reasonable) quote. Overall I was very impressed with his service and commitment to keeping my boiler working without unnecessary replacement of parts. I would definitely use him again."
